BLUE MARLIN

Blue Marlin — Brand Introduction

Founded in 2025 in Tbilisi, Georgia, by designer Meri Bitchashvili, Blue Marlin emerges as one of the most compelling new voices in contemporary childrenswear. With a distinctive focus on outerwear and a refined yet playful 1960s aesthetic, the brand bridges craftsmanship, cultural storytelling, and modern design with remarkable clarity.

A Distinct Creative Language

Blue Marlin draws inspiration from the expressive spirit of the British Mod subculture and the bold, youthful energy of France in the 1960s. This creative lens translates into geometric silhouettes, contrasting materials, and a subtle minimal-futurist edge — all softened by playful details and vibrant accents that speak to a child’s imagination.

Outerwear stands at the center of the brand’s identity. Architectural in form and meticulous in detail, the silhouettes include:

  • Eco-leather trenches, capes, puffers, and minimalist jackets in four carefully developed colorways

  • Italian wool coats in deep navy and soft grey, enriched with heritage-inspired techniques such as pleating, braided trims, and sculpted collars

The season expands into a broad and elevated range of materials, including:

  • Pastel eco fur

  • Tartan and gingham checks

  • Sky-blue wool

  • Lurex star-print denim

  • Merino wool knitwear

  • Fuzzy-textured sets

  • Crisply tailored cotton shirts and classic wool trousers

Every fabric is selected not only for comfort and wearability but for its ability to reinforce the brand’s sculptural, modern perspective.
